Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you have any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us via the contact form.

You have 30 days from the expected delivery date to reach out to us about anything amiss with your order.

First Class Letter Mail is a shipping option that comes with a risk. Should the letter get lost, it is up to you to reach out to your postman/post office before reaching out to us for a replacement. At most, you will be eligible for one replacement package, and this will be handled on a case by case basis.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. Any sale/clearance items, as well as any B-grade or C-Grade items, are not eligible for any returns or exchanges. No exceptions.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

First Class Letter Mail does not receive any tracking information. Usually, for Domestic shipping, this will take anywhere between 5-7 business days outside of peak season. International shipping is anywhere between 14 and 25 business days outside of peak season.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is something I try to make as affordable as possible, so I have a mostly flat rate system for my products. This, of course, is subject to change.

First Class Letter Mail Domestic: $2.50
First Class Letter Mail International: $2.50
USPS Tracking Domestic: $7.00
USPS Tracking International: Calculated at checkout
